Spiral Doors
NVM Solutions offer High Speed Doors in a range of options to suit any environment, from corrosive and environmentally harsh conditions to heated cold room doors. Variable opening and closing speeds up to 4.0m / second are achievable whilst intelligent panels can offer remote access through Wi-Fi enabling Fault Diagnosis & Set Up, to Statistical Analysis on Usage, Service Requirements and PPM.
High Speed Roll Up Doors
High Speed Roll Up Doors are ideal for frequent use in areas not affected by harsh wind conditions. Doors are fully self-repairing with our patented Zipper system, minimising downtime and engineer call out costs. Zip Doors can be up to 20.25m² and have an operating speed of up to 1.5m / sec. Doors are compliant to Wind Class 3 (120.5km/hr) in accordance with EN 13241-1.
Doors can be supplied in a range up to 16 RAL Colours, with curtain thicknesses from 930gm/m² to fully insulated 1300mm / m². Frame options are PPC RAL 9010 as standard, but are available in Stainless Steel AISI 304 Grade for Food Industry installations or AISI 316 Stainless with Stainless Steel Bearings, Cataphoresis Paint protected Motor and Stainless Steel Bolts & fixings for corrosive applications.
Curtains can be Solid, with Vision Panels, Full Windows or with Emergency Breakout Doors. Single Phase Motors and Inverters ensure a virtual noiseless operation.
Safety & Access Control can be through Intelligent Radars, Induction Loops, Photocells, Manual Switches and Remote Control, whilst every door is supplied with a Sequential Light Barrier & Encoder to EN 12445, and Soft Safety Edge as standard. Doors can be interlocked for minimising particle contamination including dust, foliage and air pollution.
High Speed Fold Up Doors
High Speed Fold Up doors are ideal for frequent use in areas affected by harsh wind conditions or for larger openings.
Doors can be up to 77m² and have an operating speed of up to 0.8m / sec. Doors are compliant to up to Wind Class 2 (120.5km/hr) in accordance with EN 13241-1.
Doors can be supplied in a range of up to 16 RAL Colours and a curtain thickness of 900gm/m². Curtains can be Solid, or with Vision Panels available in Single or Multiple Rows.
Single Phase Motors, Inverters and a Counter-weight balancing system ensure a quiet and smooth operation.
Safety & Access Control can be through Intelligent Radars, Induction Loops, Photocells, Manual Switches and Remote Control, whilst every door is supplied with a Sequential Light Barrier & Encoder to EN 12445, and Soft Safety Edge as standard.
Doors can be interlocked whilst Brush Seals ensure minimal particle contamination including dust, foliage and air pollution.
Rapid Spiral Doors
Spiral Doors offer the protection of a solid shutter door but with the operating speed of a High Speed Door. Door curtains are available in a solid insulated foam filled Aluminium Panel up to 240mm wide or as a clear double skinned vision panel. Vision Panels can be installed as a full curtain or a partial curtain. Solid Panels are available in a range of PPC Colours.
Servo motors attain an operating speed of up to 4.0m / sec whilst highly sensitive Light Barriers and Safety Edges ensure complete pedestrian & vehicle safety.
Doors can be Interlocked and are available with Induction Loops, Photocells, Radars, Manual Switches and Remote Control Access Control
